Town Tokri is an online shopping platform where you can buy grocery and other products that you need every day via web browser or mobile app.

You can choose from over thousands of products spread across various categories such as grocery, beverages, personal care products, baby care products and much more.

Currently we operate only in Narnaul city of Haryana. We deliver in NuniSheikhpura and Nasibpur as well.

A minimum order of Rs 500 is required to get a free delivery of the item at your door step, however if your order is less than Rs 500 (˂Rs 500), then a delivery charge of Rs 40 shall be levied against that order.

No, we do not charge anything over and above the rates shown. However, we do have a delivery fee in case the order value does not reach to Rs 500 which is the minimum order value for free delivery.

Registration FAQs:

You can register by clicking on the “Sign Up” link at the top right corner of the homepage. Please provide the information in the form that appears.

You can surf and add products to the cart without registration but only registered shoppers will be able to checkout and place orders. Registered members have to be logged in at the time of checking out the cart, they will be prompted to do so if they are not logged in.

Each email address and contact phone number can only be associated with one Town Tokri account.

No, at the moment you can only provide one delivery address per account.

Account RelatedFAQs:

From your account dashboard you can view your recent orders, manage your Delivery charge and billing addresses, and edit your password and account details.

You need to enter your email address on the Login page and click on forgot password. An email with a reset password will be sent to your email address. With this, you can change your password. In case of change of password without forgetting, go to My account > Account details > Password change. Fill in the required information and you can change your password.

The list of all your orders is available in “orders” in dashboard menu at top left corner of home page.

Payment related FAQs:

Town Tokri accepts multiple modes of payment. You can make online payments using PayTM, PayU Money and Mobikwik Wallet. Cash on delivery (COD) is also available for any order.

There is no VAT. However, GST will be applicable as per Government Regulations and prices shown at Town Tokri are included the GST tax.

Cash on delivery means that you can pay for your order at the time of order delivery at your doorstep.

Once you are done selecting your products and click on checkout you will be prompted to select delivery slot and payment method. On the payment method page there is a box where you can enter any e-voucher/ coupon code that you have. The amount will automatically be deducted from your invoice value.

My wallet is an e-wallet system where you will receive the cash-back or refund amount against your order if applicable. Later on you can use my wallet money for payment of your next order.

No, at the moment we do not have this service.

No, my wallet cash points have no validity period, you can use it whenever you want in future.

Your order bill will be send to your registered email after placing the order. Moreover, you will receive a hardcopy of bill of your order at the time of delivery.

Delivery related FAQs:

We deliver your order on the same day of your order or you can choose your delivery date between the same day and the next day and then can choose your delivery time slot. The orders placed after 17:30 will not be delivered on same day and will be delivered on next day as per your chosen time slot.

The minimum charges for free delivery is for the order of or above Rs 500 and the delivery charges of Rs 40 are applied for the orders less than Rs 500. The applied charges are mentioned at the checkout page.

We deliver from 8 AM to 6 PM as per different time slots chosen by you.

The last time for same day delivery is before 5:45 PM. If you order after 5:45 PM, it will be delivered on next day.

No, you can not change it once you have placed your order. However If you want to change your delivery time slot you can cancel the order and re-order it with a new time slot. Secondly, you can call to our customer support number +91-9996694647 and can request for a change in delivery time.

We have a dedicated team of delivery personnel operating across the city which ensures timely and accurate delivery to our customers.

You can change your delivery address by going to “Dashboard” link on top left corner and then go to “addresses” and change your address.

On rare occasions, due to unforeseen circumstances, your order might be delayed. In case of imminent delay, our customer support executive will keep you updated about the delivery time of your order.

No you can only order products which are in stock. We try to ensure availability of all products on our website however due to supply chain issues sometimes this is not possible.

You will receive a message on your cell phone or an email on your registered email ID for the completion of the order and its delivery date and time. If your order is cancelled, then also you will receive a message or email for the same.

Cancellation & ReturnsFAQs:

You can cancel your order at any time but at least 30 min before your chosen delivery time slot. The orders from guest account can not be canceled via web or app, those customers can call us on number and can cancel the order before 30 min of chosen time slot.You will receive an email or message for order cancellation.

To cancel your order, you can log in and go to “my account” and then go to “orders” and can cancel the order.

The order cancelation is free and can be done before 30 min of chosen time slot.

Our return policy is only for those items which are expired and it has been delivered to you by mistake. However if you are unsatisfied with the product, you can call or file complaint to our customer support and we can work-out on your problem.

At the time of delivery, we advise you to kindly check every item as in the invoice. Please report any missing item that is invoiced. As a benefit to our customers, if you are not available at the time of order delivery or you haven’t checked the list at the time of delivery we provide a window of 48hrs to report missing items. This is applicable only for items that are invoiced.
